Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
You can provide proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at bree@hipandco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving your return.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
